This is an excellent blank canvas for somebody wishing to create a lovely home just a short drive to the vibrant market town of Caudete.
The property is surrounded by farm land and has lovely far reaching views, these are 350º views and whilst you can fully enjoy these wherever you are within the plot, they are fantastic from the roof terrace that is accessed via the external staircase.
This lovely country home is full of potential and is enhanced with the vast front terrace overlooking the pool and garden area, providing you essential shade from the long hot summer days, but if you are a sun worshipper then just move your chair or lounger and you can be enjoying your private pool and the peace that is in abundance here.
Entering into the lovely size lounge-diner there is an open fire to one end and also a bar corner that is accessed from the kitchen. Off this room you have three double bedrooms, all are a good space with plenty of space for storage. There is a fully tiled family bathroom that includes a bath. The kitchen is also fully tiled, is a good size and has a range of base and wall units, there is also an excellent pantry to one side.
The plot is fully fenced and is little over half an acre so there is plenty of space to create a fabulous Mediterranean style garden. Part of the land has already been fenced separately to create a fruit and vegetable area so you can really enjoy the fruits of your labour as you pick your own!!
Within the grounds you have a small storage unit that houses the current solar system. There is also a very large garage which could, if preferred, be used as further living accommodation.
This property really does offer you an excellent opportunity to put your own stamp on a property and turn it into a really lovely home on a lovely size plot.
Mains water is connected to the property.
Caudete is a traditional tranquil Spanish market town located in inland Spain. Whilst the pace of life is slow, there is everything you need in the town for day to day living, including shops, banks, bars, restaurants, post office, supermarkets, dentists and 24 hour medical centre. There are also indoor and outdoor swimming pools with sports centres with a variety of activities and classes on offer. On Friday mornings the town comes alive with a street market selling everything from vegetables, plants, kitchen-ware, snails, clothes and even the odd stall selling furniture. After buying all you need, there is nothing nicer than sitting down at one of the many bars to have a drink and a few tapas.
The main source of industry is agriculture and there is an abundance of olive and almond trees along with grapevines, all taken to the two bodegas in the town for processing. On the days you want to go further afield, the town has a fantastic motorway infrastructure providing ease to drive to Alicante, Valencia, Murcia and Albacete, Alicante airport and beach are just 45 minutes drive, Valencia airport and beaches are just 75 minutes drive. Alternatively you can drive to the neighbouring town of Villena which has two train stations, including the high speed train allowing you to get to Madrid in just over 2 hours.
