Looking to create a perfect home, look no further Here there is a perfect, water tight structure just requiring you to complete it. You need to complete the property but the options are incredible and the location is also excellent being within walking distance of the town of Caudete. It is also just a very short walk to the Caudete Tennis club where you have open air swimming pool and restaurant, along with the obvious tennis courts. There are views from the property to the Sierra Oliva.
The construction itself has a build size of 73sqm and is brick built with a solid tiled roof. You could create a comfortable 2 bedroom property with family bathroom and open plan, lounge-kitchen-diner. The window apertures are constructed as can be seen in the pictures and there is one window installed. There is a new septic tank with all the plumbing installed.
The plot itself measures 2,717sqm of which 1,000sqm is completely fenced and the house is in this area. There is plenty of space to install a pool, create a fabulous garden and space for outdoor entertaining areas. The remaining area of the plot is unfenced and currently has 72 producing olive trees on an irrigation system. Here you could plant further fruit trees and create a vegetable garden, should you wish to fence this area, this would not be a problem. There is a tarmac road leading to the property except for the last 100metres. Mains drinking water is connected and a solar system would need to be installed.
If you are looking to create your own home, then this is the perfect option and priced at just 40,000€, this is a great purchase.
Caudete is a traditional tranquil Spanish market town located in inland Spain. Whilst the pace of life is slow, there is everything you need in the town for day to day living, including shops, banks, bars, restaurants, post office, supermarkets, dentists and 24 hour medical centre. There are also indoor and outdoor swimming pools with sports centres with a variety of activities and classes on offer. On Friday mornings the town comes alive with a street market selling everything from vegetables, plants, kitchen-ware, snails, clothes and even the odd stall selling furniture. After buying all you need, there is nothing nicer than sitting down at one of the many bars to have a drink and a few tapas.
The main source of industry is agriculture and there is an abundance of olive and almond trees along with grapevines, all taken to the two bodegas in the town for processing. On the days you want to go further afield, the town has a fantastic motorway infrastructure providing ease to drive to Alicante, Valencia, Murcia and Albacete, Alicante airport and beach are just 45 minutes drive, Valencia airport and beaches are just 75 minutes drive. Alternatively you can drive to the neighbouring town of Villena which has two train stations, including the high speed train allowing you to get to Madrid in just over 2 hours.
