This is a fabulous townhouse located centrally to all amenities within the town of Caudete. The house is fully habitable but as can be understood by the price, the property would benefit from modernisation throughout.
This incredible property offers good size living accommodation but also has the benefit of a lovely courtyard and also a roof terrace. The opportunities are endless and this is an amazing opportunity to create a wonderful family home with large living spaces meeting your exacting requirements.
With a huge 262sqm build size, the property boasts a massive entrance hall from which you access a couple of large double bedrooms, plus there is access to the lounge / diner and also to the bathroom. There are also stairs from the hallway leading to the first floor.
The lounge / diner is a good size and this in turn leads to the very large kitchen diner that does need completely refitting but what an incredible room this would be once completed, especially as it leads directly out to the courtyard. There are stairs from the courtyard leading to the first floor terrace area too.. The courtyard would be an incredible place to relax once it has the introduction of some plants and shrubs, maybe even a hot-tub!!!
On the first floor you have the remaining bedrooms along with an open area utilising as you require plus additional space that needs reforming to make into the rooms to meet your requirements, or indeed additional outside space. As mentioned above, the options are endless with this property and with a bit of imagination and some work, this would make an outstanding home.
Caudete is a traditional tranquil Spanish market town located in inland Spain. Whilst the pace of life is slow, there is everything you need in the town for day to day living, including shops, banks, bars, restaurants, post office, supermarkets, dentists and 24 hour medical centre. There are also indoor and outdoor swimming pools with sports centres with a variety of activities and classes on offer. On Friday mornings the town comes alive with a street market selling everything from vegetables, plants, kitchen-ware, snails, clothes and even the odd stall selling furniture. After buying all you need, there is nothing nicer than sitting down at one of the many bars to have a drink and a few tapas.
The main source of industry is agriculture and there is an abundance of olive and almond trees along with grapevines, all taken to the two bodegas in the town for processing. On the days you want to go further afield, the town has a fantastic motorway infrastructure providing ease to drive to Alicante, Valencia, Murcia and Albacete, Alicante airport and beach are just 45 minutes drive, Valencia airport and beaches are just 75 minutes drive. Alternatively you can drive to the neighbouring town of Villena which has two train stations, including the high speed train allowing you to get to Madrid in just over 2 hours.
